What is a rotary union?

A rotary union (also called a rotary joint or rotating union) transfers fluid or gas from a stationary supply into a rotating shaft or drum. It uses precision seals and bearings to maintain a leak-free connection while the machine rotates.

What media can a rotary union handle?

Water, coolant, compressed air, vacuum, steam, thermal oil and hydraulic oil. The seal material and housing construction are selected to match your media, pressure and temperature.

How do I choose the right rotary union?

Send us four parameters: medium (fluid type), pressure, speed (RPM) and port size. We will recommend the series, seal material and mounting style from our catalog.

Are your unions compatible with Deublin parts?

Yes — our Deublin replacement series is built to the same mounting dimensions, thread sizes and seal geometry as the equivalent Deublin part number, at factory-direct pricing.

What is your MOQ?

Standard catalog items have no MOQ — order a single unit for replacement. For OEM and custom-engineering projects, MOQ starts at 100 units per year.

What are your lead times?

Standard sizes ship in 7–15 days. Custom-engineered unions take 3–4 weeks from drawing approval. Prototypes for OEM projects can be delivered in 2–3 weeks.

Do you offer OEM/ODM?

Yes. We build private-label rotary unions to your drawings, with your brand and packaging, from prototype to production volumes.

What is the warranty?

All rotary unions carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Seal kits and rebuild services extend the life of your existing units.
